Pop up blocker in Internet Explorer and Windows XP SP2

When clicking on a link on the resources you may get this message:

In this case click on the message and select "Always Allow Pop-us from This Site..." from the pop up menu. Then click "Yes". Internet Explorer will refresh the page so you will need to navigate back to where you were before.
